This Site is Currently Under Construction

We are a learning hub for employee-led change.

For many years, we have emboldened professionals, strengthened their leadership and supported them in taking positive action around climate change and social justice in their workplaces. Currently, we are re-grouping and figuring out how to help you best.

In the meantime, if you are looking for support to change your organisation from within, don't worry; we've got you covered. You can find all the resources you need - and some great organisations in your area - through the Employee Climate Action Network. Check out the Resource Hub

The Podcast on Employee Activism

With many businesses confused about what ‘doing good’ means, employees are stepping up and pressuring their organisations to act on behalf of an interest greater than their company’s profits.

In a two-part podcast, Tessa Wernink co-founder of the Undercover Activist and Kwame Ferreira, founder of Impossible get together to explore what innovators and activists have in common. Listen to a range of activists and experts who are challenging current norms and speaking up in the face of questionable leadership. Their resistance to the current system is a first step to believing we can be part of change when we bring our values and action to the workplace.

Available on all podcast players.
