You're here because you care about changing organisations from within. We’re here to create a space for employees who want to step up and demand that their companies contribute to a sustainable, inclusive and just world. Welcome to our second newsletter.

Read on and find out about tools, skills and networks that can help you deal with resistance, be optimistic and co-create constructive transformation.

Something that caught our attention

A good friend shared this subreddit thread called antiwork. It highlights people’s dismay and discontent at their working environments, and signals how a fight for worker’s rights is gaining a voice outside companies.

Spend an hour there and you’ll see how organisational hierarchy and power structures are being challenged.

While this subreddit is “for those who want to end work, are curious about ending work, or want to get the most out of a work-free life”, we offer those who still see a possibility to change their working environments from within, tools, networks and strategies to give it a go.
